We had another very interesting (and profitable) day. The Russell 2000 e-mini futures gapped up a whopping 12.40 points. After a slow drift down for the first 2 hours, a trendline break to the upside at 10:21 am CST lead to a nice Trader’s Trick Set-up at 10:30 am CST. The market slowly drifted up for the next hour or so and finaly had a trendline break to the downside at 11:36 am CST. The trendlind break also broke the 56 EMA and lead to a nice bobber set-up at 11:45 am CST.
The market had a big sell-off, breaking the 1st hour low. There were 2 trader’s trick set-ups after breaking the first hour low. One happened at 12:15 pm CST and another at 12:42 pm CST.
There was a great deal of voliatility for the remainder of the day (which I have found to be the case most every Friday afternoon).
We had an amazing week with big swings both up and down. It is this type of trading environment that a day trader dreams of. Enjoy the moment and let’s:
Catch a whopper!!
Regards!
